Terms details

Using the service

You may use ADPulse only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable laws.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity under your account, and keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or use the service to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

Accounts, subscriptions, and billing

Some features may require an account, active subscription, verified email, connected third-party account, or available usage quota.

Paid plans, prices, billing cycles, limits, trial terms, and included features may be shown at checkout or in the product. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable payment provider rules.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing flow. Cancellation typically stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Content and AI outputs

You retain rights to product context, brand assets, prompts, generated creative, and other content you submit or create, subject to rights held by others and the permissions needed for us to provide the service.

You grant ADPulse permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing or relying on it.

Third-party services

The product may connect with third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, AI generation, payments, social publishing, and other workflows.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, actions, outages, data practices, or content.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, pricing, integrations, or the service as a whole. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect active users.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that generated content will meet every requirement.

Liability and termination

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay required fees, or used the product unlawfully.

Questions about these terms can be sent to about@prd.it.com.
